I've just finished this one that pulls it all together for the Dobro or Lap Steel player who really wants to know how to use the entire neck and how to improvise over any chord and progression. Similar to my E9 theory course including scale and chord construction, many scale types, chord families, extensions and substitutions, concept of "key" and the harmonized scale in full chords, Slants in 3rds and 6ths, and numerous licks, positions, and ideas using all our new knowledge. Two CD set with more than 2 1/2 hours of intense instruction. No music reading- completely explained as you're playing your guitar. Moves quickly from beginner to fairly advanced- great for players of all levels. G tuning- GBDGBD

Well, not really Don, as the convention seems to be relating the tuning from the low to high strings. But if you relate to tunings from high to low, then indeed, it would be DBG,DBG.
Standard resophonic tuning for most bluegrassers and many americana/country/blues players. The teaching style and approach I use are designed to help dissect any other tuning with a little bit of thought and application as well.
