2005 Gibson Historic R8 in Washed Cherry Sunburst. First year for long tenon neck, features unchambered body, Burstbucker 1 and 2 potted, Tone Pros replacement tuners and RS super pots. Reissue bumblebee caps. Played by a pro for five years and has some honest wear- some worming and a few minor nicks here and there. Some tarnishing on pickup covers, bridge, tailpiece. This is one to take out and enjoy playing it! Medium lightweight, plays fantastic with replacement tusq nut (original was horrible) with ultra low, perfect action. Open, airy tone just like you want (compared to my R7, which is huskier in tone). Includes CS black hardcase. $1999 firm no trades buyer pays shipping to lower 48 only. PM with phone number for reply.
