I think it's still available from Mrs. Hughey. I googled John Hughey Music and found it on his website. I got one from John in '07 and found out how wrong I was playing it. It's says $10.00 plus 1.00 shipping.

Keith, (great name by the way....lol)

Mike Archer does this one with a DVD. If you haven't tried any of Mike's DVDs, I can assure you they are top notch and very easy to follow.

I think Mickey Adams has it on youtube. its a great clip. he shows you step by step. some good steel stuff on youtube.com now!

Mike Archer has SUPER GOOD instructional DVD for the whole song.
