Hi Mickey,
WOW! Shocked I finally got it to download, and it took 3hrs. and 40min.
to download it using the RealPlayer Downloader. Won't use that anymore.
Anyway, you sure did an excellent job with it Mickey. Now for part 2.
Many thanks, you sure are a great help to so many of us.

This video now added to the index listing for Mickey's YouTube videos on my website. I also removed the previous video teaching the intro only to this song as he mentioned pulling down that video.

Hi Matt,
I don't think he ever had time to get it finished.
I've looked for it, and finally after I was able to
get the melody in my head, I worked on it for hours
and my wife and Gary Rittenberry said they liked it,
so I recorded my own style and put it on youtube.
I'm a beginner, but your welcome to check my style.

Hi Carl- I guess M.A. is a pretty busy fellow, we're all happy and grateful for all the clips he's put out there as it is. Could you post the link to your take on it? thanks

Hey Matt,
I'm sorry, I was going to put it on here, but like everything
else I want to do, with no memory, I forget what I'm doing.
Anyway, here it is. Hope you like the way I did it.

Carl, you can't be serious- you're a beginner? Cool
That was one lovely take on the song, all in your own style and smooth as silk.. That's one nice steel you have as well! the only thing you could do to improve it is to turn up the level of your playing in the recording, so that the sound of your steel is just a bit more out in front of the backing tracks. thanks for sharing the clip.

Carl, That was great for a beginner ,...yeah right!
Really, I loved your playing and the Ritt sounds very very good! Kudos to Gary as well, for a great sounding and looking steel!

I am looking forward to hearing your rendition of Sing a Sad Song

Many thanks Matt, I started learning from the very start just over 2 years ago,
after an accident that destroyed all off my memory. I'm very dedicated and I do
practice everyday. I can't read tab because of very bad eyesight. I watch a lot of
videos and listen to others. After spending hours to get the melody in my head,
I spend many more hours learning to play it, so it will sound halfway decent. Smile Smile

Thank you Bent, I spent hours on that since you sent the track my friend, and I played
it for Gary and my wife, and they liked it. I've still got to make it sound prettier.
It'll take some time, but I'm going to make it sound good to listen to. (I hope) Laughing Laughing
Thanks again guys. Carl
