That sounds like Rick Nelson singing so I'll take a wild guess at Tom Brumley on steel

I believe it's Boxcar Willie singing....don't recognize the steel player?

It is Box car willie and dont know who the steeler is either

Yes, it is Boxcar Willie, with Harlan Powell on steel. He was the road player for Boycar Willie & the Texas Trainmen, I think he played a 12-string MSA at the time.

Bent Romnes wrote that it sounds like Rick Nelson. There is some similarity in their voices, I think.
