Barry Scott has tabbed out the "Bad Weather" solo from a live bootleg recording HERE.

The following is a transcription of the solo as performed on the Poco studio album "From The Inside."

AUDIO added 6/6/11.

Thanks for the bump Steve, I must have missed this from 09. One of my favorites, especially the original by Illinois Speed Press (Paul Cotton and Kal David) Rusty's steel just adds to it.

Frank, if you are still here, thank you for posting this. My favorite steel solo of all time!

Those open string licks just kill me. I knew what they were right when I heard them back in 1971, long before I knew anything about playing steel. (I actually tried to play them on slide guitar---NOPE). It is SO great to finally see how it was done. Now I appreciate Rusty's brilliance even more.

Dang right I'm still here! Smile Rusty really has a distinctive sound and approach to E9 doesn't he?

Frank I agree, Rusty playing has such feeling, technique and soul. I would like to see you take on Rusty break on Magnolia by Poco. Your tab work has
really been a great help to me. Thanks for your effort to help on a very difficult instrument to learn! Joey
