This is my first try at a backing track on Biab. This is Porter and Dollys version. http://www.box.net/shared/ssylhsf59o

I might be a beginner now, but someday I'm gonna steel the show.

Good Job Bill Exclamation

Hint: Go to the track (or any track that you have) and delete the chord from a couple of bars that are the same chord as a previous bar. Listen to the difference in the backup. Try it with several different styles.

This is just one way to taylor a style to a different song. It will keep playing in the same chord until it sees a change, but with a slightly different "feel".

I do this sometimes to allow more room for fills with the steel, or to allow a little space for a singer to emphasise a phrase.

Looking forward to more.

Bill, That's a good one. I saved it. Maybe some day I'll get down to practicing again.
Good job.

Good job Bill and thanks for postin it. Also you can left click next to the number of a measre to change to the B sub style and give it a different sound and feel espcially at the beginning of a bridge in the song. If you left click next to the number of a measure it will toggle between A, B sub style or blank (no change). You can even substitute a totally different style anywhere in the song but it's a little more involved then a simple left click.
