Looks like a good price for a beautiful spruce and mahogany vintage acoustic. Most of these were converted to Spanish long ago. Just happened to see it while web surfing.

Less fancy than this Moderne (but almost my favorite non-hollowneck acoustic steel) are Mastertone Specials. Usually they're brownish-red stained mahogany (minimal stencil graphics, frets and fretmarkers) but some are sunburst. Rarer yet are the Spanish-neck Mastertones.

Smart money on that list is the Style 3 Kona for $2500 (replaced bridge and all) and the Clinesmith at 3K is reasonable enough to suggest we be in a considerable recession.
