JOHN it is the TONE modification that i have devised, to clean up the tonalities on each guitar so that it may be played and herd clean and clear from the 1ST fret to the 26th fret, without all the overtones and etc. that is herd on most of todays and yesterdays guitars therefore making it more uniform in playing it and much easier to hear yourself in tune while playing it, with much richer and cleaner notes,

thanks for the asking

This little guitar is bad to the bone with tone and sustain. I played it a few weeks ago. I'll take a modded guitar over an unmodded one anyday. I've seen TY's modded guitars first hand. Try one!
