Need Sierra "Crown Series" Knee Levers

Looking for Sierra "Crown Series" Knee Levers and assembly (cross rods, pull rods, etc).
Specifically would like to add LKV, LKR, and RKR, to a Crown Series Sierra I picked up last weekend.
It is currently an S8 6th tuning with 5 pedals and 2 knee levers.
I would like to make it into a 5x5 S8U.
