He does have a vintage National Tricone he bought here in Seattle a couple of years ago.

I agree. He got it at Dusty Strings music when he was here with Cyril Pahinui several years ago. IT's a round neck tricone from 1935. I was getting interested in buying it, but Jeff beat me to the punch. We fooled around with it backstage at the festival. It's a beautiful sounding instrument!

Aloha Tom, I play a 1931 National squareneck tricone...style “1.5” I believe it’s called. As Jack mentioned, I got it from Dusty Strings. The WA sales tax Whoa!
