With cover. Some tolex wear but none missing.
Sounds great with the original D-130F...Loud and clean; More like a tube amp than any solid state amp that I've ever heard.
Missing one knob, and the tremolo is not working (I believe that it's because the foot pedal is not attached; kinda like a fender amp).
$550 plus shipping from Nashville.
