Basically I just got a camcorder, and firewire.
I know how to upload to youtube.

But when I record in movie maker the output file (avi) is too big for youtube.

So the other option is a WMV file.

Which I use, but when I upload to youtube I get a message saying "undefined"

Anyone help

Have you browsed this page to see if there's anything that might answer the question?

Jamie,

I'm not sure what video editing programs you use, but I upload .mpg files to youtube, and if they are too big I send .wmv files with no problem. Neither one looks real great, but that's youtube.

AVI files are much too big for youtube, unless they are REALLY short.

You can see some of mine at http://www.youtube.com/gordyoproductions

Almost all of them are uploaded as MPEG1 files.

Hope this helps.

Gordy
