Rico Odwalla is another local favorite. He can play in any language.
He just flips the instrument over. He loves to play parties and weddings.

If it ever gets out that the Pluckers' steel player plays a ZB, this thread could easily break 1000....
The Glitter Band subs for the Farkus Bros
But then, Stuffparty subs for the Glitterband
When Rico can't make it, Bob Harrison covers for him

The Polkaholics also live nearby. This area has a lot of talent.
And if All fails, the club can always call Father Manuel Garcia de los Santos.
He does South American bird calls, always a crowd pleaser.
Father Garcia’s opening act is Davida Ortiz Manuel Ramirez.
Davida not only sings like a bird, he plays guitar as good as he wants to.

The Duck Pluckers eventually threw Roy out of the band because they thought he sang like a girl.

This is NOT a stupid guitar player... it's me
Taken last Friday at a Fair in western Massachusetts.
Also on the gig, Pete Adams, an excellent pedal steel player. (I love the shirt!)

What? No ZB?
PRESS RELEASE:
The Duck Pluckers have just signed THE GIGGLES to open for them in Las Vegas.
The guys really have a thing for all-girl bands.
There must have been a "red and blue" sale at Walmart.

The Duck Pluckers have arrived in Vegas...
...they lost nearly all their money playing the slot machines...
...Luckily they still have enough pocket change left over for other diversions.

Fortunately, Elvira knows a "trick" or two, and after running into some old friends of hers, she was able to raise some cash.
" How's bout a date sugar!"

That's right Chas, Vegas is a great place to get married.

Las Vegas has some lovely scenic spots like Sunset Park...
...and speaking of married, Elvira met a nice married couple who were camping out in Las Vegas' beautiful Sunset Park ...
...and they gave her some funny pills for her tummy ache...
[This message was edited by Mike Shefrin on 11 August 2006 at 09:41 PM.]
