Copedent is as follows, the way it arrived. Anything out of place (the feel stop on the second string might be hard to decipher, but it seemed OK when I tested it)?

The little "cat whisker" end of that coil spring that protrudes beyond the flange on the barrel ass'y almost always got bent over or broken off. I just did a setup on a LDG 1 up, 1 down guitar that uses those same bellcranks. I purposely cut all his "whiskers" off as they were doing nothing but chewing grooves into the OD's of those sleeves they ride in. I informed my customer that from now on he would have to reach under the guitar and hold the tuning portion of the barrel whenever he reset a pull. He's only had to tweak a couple of them in over 2 months. That little "whisker" thing never did work too well even on the old rack-and-barrel guitars. You won't miss them. Once you've got this thing dialed in, you'll rarely have to change anything. It was a very trustworthy system. The nylon tuners are only taking the place of the former "Allen screw-head" configuration used on the old R and B setups. Once set up, you've got a very reliable guitar for sure!!

The barrel tuners/springs work perfect when they are set up right--very ingenious. If the barrels are "run out of thread" and are closed up, then yes they will "gouge" the brass if you force them with your tuning allen wrench. If they max out on the threads, simply loosen the set screw and open them back up again, back them off a smidge, and re set the set screw, tune it back up and forget about it.

Jim, you should swap LKL and LKR. The F lever is usually used with the A pedal. Most people find it uncomfortable on LKR unless their pedals are arranged CBA (Jimmy Day setup).
