Music stores have these yellow rags with blitz cloth coating, I use those. Loosed you woud string put newspaper under them and put lighter fluid on them and pop the strings you will no believe what flies out on the paper. I do under neath the guitar once a year with lighter fluid, the small cans used for lighting cigs, and change the oil. I use Amzoil, since I met Jimmy Duval.
