theresa..i have to say, 'no she didn't'. i thought it was tepid and shallow. i've heard better in 100 bars.

nothing personal....we're still good....right?

kelly has never impressed me as much as she has many of my friends. ...but i love everything vince does. he's a beautiful, talented, sensitive soul!

unfortunately for many upcoming acts, i judge them partly by seeing how they stack up against vince and alison krauss, who are two of the finest spirits in music.

Sounded more like R&B than country to me. The genre will continue to be bastardized until it completely loses any distinguishing identity it ever had..

Oh I liked it Theresa, it just seemed out of place to me - not country, but on a country awards show. It's a free society, but I never was much in favor of (musical) genre mixing in this setting. Just sayin'...

I think Randle was playing his blonde shobud. Did anyone get a better look. Hard to tell with those lights going gang busters. LOL

Jay was a rockin that prett blue Mullen Discovery on Jasons set.

Good southern rock song.

What emotion Lady A had singing the Willy tribute you could tell Willy was moved by that. In fact they all did a great job. Very entertaining.
Good steel work behind Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, I wonder who it was? Some good 'Moon' chops in there

Depite being a litle off pitch she was OK I have heard kareoke singers do as good on that song....Now maybe Willie can take his reward and put it in his smoke room..

With Tim and Faith, it was probably Denny Hemingson. He's been Tim's steel player for quite awhile now.

With Tim and Faith, it was probably Denny Hemingson. He's been Tim's steel player for quite awhile now. Jay Jackson used to play a Sho-Bud Pro I with Jason, but I'm guessin' he switched to the Mullen Discovery this year

I loved early Willie and he's deserving of all his awards! The artist that sing his songs are doing a good job and are showing respect.
