I'm going with Eugene Chadbourne's Electric rake:
Shawn, thanks for post that clip of the Chadbourne Electric Rake. I have a two CD recording called Wavelength Infinity: A Sun Ra Tribute. One of the tribute selections is a performance of Sun Ra's "Space is the PLace" featuring Eugene Chadbourne playing his Electric Rake, accompanied by the late Jimmy Carl Black, of Frank Zappa's Mothers of Invention, playing drums.
