The first time I saw a steel guitar was when S&J played Sleepwalk on American bandstand back in 1957 or '58. I remember Santo was playing a 3 neck guitar, ans played the song on the middle neck.

I also remember thinking "That looks easy."

Little did I know.....

Yes, but what about Santo?
He was the one who played steel on all their hits. Johnny played rhythm guitar. As good as Johnny is on steel, I would like to know what happened to his elder brother Santo after he moved back to Italy. Is he still playing?
