Yeah After Jennifer Hudson sang, Lil might as well go home.

They shouldn't have wasted the save on Matt G. It was supposed to be used if someone like Adam got voted off and I believe it was implemented because of what happened to Hudson and another contestant.

Next week it will probrobly be Matt and Lil that go. Although I don'nt understand why the guy that sings out of the side of his mouth is still in it.
We live to play another day.

Here is one from across the pond that will brighten your day. To see Simon smile like this really put it in a good perspective.

Yes, 16 million views on youtube. Susan Boyle has become an international sensation, and rightly so. Her performance was inspirational and a refreshing change from phony glitter and hype usually seen on these shows. What a stunning performance and a great story.

Brian,
Yes, Chris makes funny faces when he sings. I do like his voice. I don't think he's Idol material, who knows?

Susan is an inspiration! :)

You are right Theresa. You never know. But if Adam doesn't win the whole thing I will be surprised.

OK......
Whose going home tonight?
After watching, I think it's Lil & Matt

Could also be Anoop, Allison or Chris because I wasn't swept away...

Danny is my favorite! :) Adam is predictible.....

I agree. I think it will be Lil and Matt. The public does not like Matt, and he got put in the bottom 3 earlier in the show, on a night he was one of the best singers. Lil just plain has no voice, and does nothing to differentiate here from the multitude of other R&B type singers already out there.

I must also agree that Chris Sidemouth is terrible as well, and why the judges want him to win is beyond me. Anoop is just plain annoying.

Well, tonight we find out!

Is he or is he not?? The "guyliner" a few weeks ago looked pretty ga...uh evil. 8-)

I worked with Clay Aiken a few months ago. He had these two black girls that he was "sandwiched" in between like an Oreo and all they did between songs was girl patter. He waited to make his announcement. Wonder what "Adamoiselle" Lambert will do??

After seeing Adam's performance last night, I'm agreeing with Bill. I'm going out on a limb, albeit a short one, by predicting Adam as the winner. Nothing against the other contestants, it's just the difference between good and great. :|

By predictible, I meant when singing a ballad I know he's gonna end up in a high range and scream and gagg me with a spoon. LOL

He may be the next American Idol. He's very theatrical! :)

I'll keep voting for Danny......

One votes with a ballot, and sings a ballad.

danny is a clunky karaoke singer who didn't progress enough through his idol time to deserve anything...already got more than he deserves.
the only possible talent, whether it appeals to you or not, .....allison and adam (who i'm sure will be announcing his queerdom soon...not that there's anything wrong with it).

chris,
We can agree to disagree about Danny.......:)

I really like Allison, but I didn't care for her last song choice. She's still great for her age, she's just 16! :)

They got rid of two people who badly needed to go this week. Anoop should have never been allowed to compete. And Lil, thank god she is gone. Gokey has a good voice but he can't dance and looks like a stiff up there. Why sidemouth is still there, I have no idea, because he is horrible.

I think Adam will win the entire thing, and everyone already knows he is gay Chris. Bill Oreilley even did a segment about it. So I doubt him "coming out" at this point would have any effect one way or the other.

The next American Idol could end up being a gay person? The people in the bible belt will certainly have a fit over that. Or, maybe they can accept him as the American Idol, but if he wanted to move to their community, some of them would want to have him tared and feathered, or worse. Just an observation. Personally, it makes no difference to me either way.

Yes, my teenage guitar students tell me all about it. It's all over the internet too, and on "news" networks.
