"ExT" (Extended Technology Systems). Of course, you have the option to include a "LHL" (Left Heel Left Lever), or "RHL" (Right Heel Left Lever), or "ExL-0 Pedal" (Narrow, "L" shaped, Extended "0" Pedal) so you can engage the "0" pedal, 0+A, A+B, or B+C pedals keeping your heel stationary.
