I will be playing "underarm" acoustic guitar with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at the Robert Woodruff Arts Center Symphony Hall at 8:00 if anyone wants to show up.

The composition is by noted American composer John Adams an is titled "El Nino".
It's about 2 1/2 hours long and the guitar parts have plenty of notes to play!!!

The piece will be performed by the Atlanta symphony orchestra (including two steel string acoustic guitars), 180 voice Atlanta Symphony chorus, 8 solo singers, and a childrens choir.

Conductor is Robert Spano.

Last night, John Adams himself was in the audience and gave us his approval on the performance.
