Installing BIAB

Trying to uinstall BIAB 2009. Got to the end of progress bar & hung up,So I went to add/remove programs & unistalled it, but Virtual Sound Canvas VST wouldn't uninstall. So I rebooted the computer, went back & it removed it & I click finish, but it's still in the list, so I removed it again, but it's still in the populated list.. Is this OK??
