Terry, I might have already corrected that this morning. I was looking at the threads and saw that it directed to the old pages. Check it now and email me if it isn't right. ttexastilley@sbcglobal.net _________________ Charles Tilley ,

Bobbe I agree, Mike is a great player. Another one of my favorites is Basil from the UK and his version of Maui Chimes.
I've always liked that tune, and Basil plays it very well. |

I agree Joe, Mr. Tilly is a hero of mine for the way he treated me as a guest at a steel show of his several years ago, now this venue of his strengthens this admiration even more. This is a wonderful efforton the part of Charles Tilly.
By the way Joe, I also enjoy your "youtube" clips!

Bobbe, you are a silver-tongued devil with words.
You know that I just do what TEXANS are supposed to do----especially to Tennessee-ans --whatever they are
The welcome mat is always stretched out several miles northeast for you my friend.
One of these days, you will realize that as one of your good friends, you continually spell my name wrong Yep, it does have an "E". Your comments are appreciated and coming from you --EVEN MORE! _________________ Charles Tilley ,

Things have slowed down and I am not hearing from many players lately. Surely some of you know a friend that plays that you could contact for a song for the web site. I appreciate all of you that are on there but there are others out there. _________________ Charles Tilley ,

Charles has graciously posted my song "Verde" on the website. Be warned! It's not country. I was inspired to do something different after listening to Bobbe Seymour's "Rhythmatic" CD. I'm proud of it, even as simple as the playing is and as rusty as I am. Feedback (positive or negative) is welcome.
Thanks again, Charles. _________________ Randal Smith alias Smitty the Kid

I haven't heard everyone yet but I am totally knocked out by the tunes submitted by Duane Becker and Fred Justice. Both these players have impeccable taste, touch and tone. There truly is a huge reservoir of talent out there waiting to be discovered. |

Donna, it was my pleasure to place both of them there. What a player Austin has become even since you last visited us at Tyler.
Hey folks, don't ever pass by a chance to see and hear Austin and Jerry play. You will be lokking at and listening to the future of steel guitar. Austin is on his way to the recognition of players like Buddy, Paul, and all the great players. Their album CD is available from Donna too and it is a great album. Don't miss out on it.
Donna, you know there will ALWAYS be a place for Austin and Jerry on our show in Tyler. _________________ Charles Tilley ,
