We are releasing a new DVD which was recorded live at a steel guitar show in Grand Rapids, MI in 2002. This was recorded by a local TV station and for a live recording is one of the best I've seen for the video and audio. These should be ready to ship in about 3 weeks. We have an excellent backup band which features Roy Rosetta, Ben Brogdon, Frank Rogers on guitar (Frank is of course also a great steel guitarist), Don Curtis on drums.
Some of the tunes on this DVD are: Route 66, Almost Like Being In Love, I Love You Because, 10,000 Years, and many others.

I was there in Grand Rapids. If I have the year right, it's the same year that Hal Rugg was also there, along with John Hughey.
Herbie, if this DVD is of your solo set that year, it's SUPER hot. Your playing that show was at least as good, if not better, than any time I've heard you so far.
If I wasn't slow in getting on the DVD bandwagon, I'd spring for this immediately.

I do have the Christmas album available on CD. We went to the studio a couple of years ago and re-mastered it and the CD sounds better than ever. If you would like to order one, let me know and I'll get one right out to you. The price is $18.00 and I will include shipping.
