David, you're wanting to connect more than one PC to the DSL link right? I'm planning something similar with cable broadband access and I've ordered a small 4 port ethernet router/switch made by a company called LinkSys;
http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?prid=20&grid=5

It allows you to present one IP address to the WAN side (what your service provider probably mandates), and also gives you a firewall and a bunch of other features at a very affordable price. buy.com had them for 129.95 as of yesterday.

Hi Bill,

Yes, that is what I'm trying to do. I think I need a DSL router "I think" and a network card for the other computer. I have my labtop up and working with DSL but have to disconnect my desl top to hook in to the DSL, I think I've got it now. To bad you couldn't use a Y cord and be done with it. Image
Thank's for the help !!!!!
