Transtubefex Problem

This is probably a question for Mike Brown. I have a Transtubefex with a button problem. Two of the arrow buttons (up and right)do not work consistently. When I press them, they often don't work at all unless I press them very hard or wiggle them.

Anything I can do to fix this or is this something I need to take in to fix? Thanks.

Sorry for my delay in responding to your questions, but I just returned from a long needed vacation. I don't know how old your Tubefex is, but it sounds like the button switches are worn out. You may locate your nearest authorized Peavey service center on our website, or send you Tubefex to the factory for repair. Our address is;
