I bought this steel from Ann (Carter site) in 1999 or so. I think it was a '96 model.....at
least it's before the BCTs came out. It's for sale again and though I haven't seen it, I'll vouch for it's condition.....it wasn't gigged after I purchased it, and when I played it, I was very impressed with the sound! I'm not going to say tone because of course we all know that is in my hands! Ask Larry Bell & Al Marcus about the MP3 I sent them years ago! Larry couldn't say much about my playing but he did say "nice tone!" Thank you, Larry, that was the nicest thing anyone ever said to me! (about my playing steel, I mean.) Steel is black mica with gray birdseye front and has 8 pedals & 5 knees! Case & steel both in very good condition @ $2,000 plus shipping.
