Has anyone worked out the intro to George Strait's "King of the Mountain"? I'm pretty close on the notes, but I'm not sure which strings Paul is using. I'm doing it mostly on strings 4 and 5 and it sounds darker than the record.

The 3rd beat of the second full bar could be strings 1 and 2 at fret 13 instead of strings 4 and 5 at fret 15.

Thanks Earnest. I think you're right. For that bar I had

which is the same notes, but on thicker strings. Since I tune my 2nd string to D, a lot of positions that are obvious to most people just don't occur to me. Thanks again.
