Just to let you other Emmons 12 stringers know, you can get the flat black (with white frets) 12 string fretboards from Emmons Co. I think they are around $30.00. I'll let you know if I find glossy ones (with silver frets).

I have one of John Macy's old D-12's that I've been puttering with off and on for the last year or so. I have new white fretboards for it, but haven't replaced the original chrome fretboards yet.

Dave, I think I am onto some chrome 12 string fretboards, not perfect, but quite useable. I should be able to email you some photos of them in a few days.
