Also the drummer sounds a lot like Ron Tutt. I can't find any info on the net.
It's from Brenda Patterson's first album from 1970:

The youtube description says the band is "Redbone." So, no, it's not James Burton. But they're great, aren't they?

I like Discogs and Allmusic as reliable sources for album credits. They agree with Bob that the band was Redbone, with guitarists Lolly Vegas and Tony Bellamy.

Thanks! I've now listend to a bunch of Redbone tracks and the player sounds very Basic. But who knew what he could do instead.
