One e mail not going through

Strange problem when e mailing on Hotmail. One intended recipient isn't getting my e mails; and I don't get hers!

No, they are not ending up in Junk Mail . . . and there is no Postmaster message.

Any ideas?

I don't know if that's what's happening here. But free hotmail accounts are heavily used by scammers/spammers. So some email servers simply block hotmail. If that happens, they don't go to junk. The server just dumps incoming from those addresses on receipt, and refuses to send to those addresses.

Again, not sure if that's the issue here. Maybe try switching to gmail.

Could be that, Dave. Also, the addressee works in a state government office and mentioned last night night that she thinks that there are lots of firewalls there.
