Hi friends & steelers,

I'm wondering if anyone has a set of lightweight legs they would sell me for my 76 Sho~Bud LDG.

I'm looking for aluminum/alloy with chrome on the outside. These used to be available somewhere (I forgot where).

If you have a set to sell, or know where I could buy them, please let me know.

Thanks, Dave

I think Gary Sill was selling them awhile back. I don't see them on his website now, but it may be worth an email to see if he has any more - https://www.sillmusicsupply.com/

Joseph,

Thank you for your suggestion. I did contact Gary & he said he doesn't have them.

Thanks, Dave

Check with forum member Wayne Brown, he has been working on a machined alloy option but I don't know if they are available yet.

Due to the financial and environmental issues around the chroming process new chrome-over-alloy legs are no longer available, and those who have older ones rarely part with them. There is no longer any chromed tube stock available to manufacture them, at least in Europe and North America.

Chuck Back has been providing machined aluminum legs with some of his Desert Rose guitars, but they are not of a universal design and only fit his pedal bars.

Good luck in your search and let us know what you find.
