Looks to be 1988; all-pull which BTW; Marlen(Leonard and Marvin),were the only manufacturers of Pedal Steels that had a Patent on that Changer/Finger mech.
They didn't particularly build Key-Less versions; but if a customer wanted (ANYTHING); they would comply with perfection.

Leonard Stadler was a long time Mentor of mine; I miss his so much(RIP).
That is really a rare "keyless" Marlen you have there; I don't think anyone realizes it will play and has a sound that is beyond incredible, compared to anything today; and will be extremely consistent in anything musically you throw at it.
