I really enjoy Herby Wallace's instruction material. His daughter's still sell his lessons but they are sent unbound, loose. And I'm always losing pages, sometimes whole books. Plus I have stacks of old sheet music, lessons, charts. It is hard to organize them. So today I went to staples and for 5 bucks, I gave them a big pile of different lessons and I got back a nice book, that folds open that includes all the lessons.

I'm taking the rest of my stuff up there. Last of the bargains.

I have used 3 hole notebooks and those see through protectors for teaching materials, They work great to keep pages like new. And between each lesson page, Place a see through protector, With a plain sheet of paper. This allows making notes, Charts or comments, Of any thing on the page in plain site, While looking at the page.

I use a legal size 3 ring binder with index tabs, it works for letter and legal size stuff.

This is what I use, works very well, also when downloading manuals for different things.

I used to have one of those Bill back in my event business days. Really handy. The advantage of that kind of binding over a three ring binder is the size of the binder itself is bulky and not conducive to stacking. Plus 3 holes are not as secure has a coil binder and is only as thick as the documents. I have a garage full of old three ring binders I never use anymore. They just took up too much room and I was always afraid I'd punch through one of the notes.
