Alvin "Buck" Wilson

Post by Tony Edwards »

Rev. Alvin Wilson, lovingly known as "Buck" has left us for Heaven. He passed away early morning of December 9 from complications with diabetes. Bro. Buck was not only a minister of the Gospel, but he was a steel guitar enthusiast to say the least. He loved music and he would attend the steel guitar conventions in South Carolina, Texas, St. Louis, and other locations. He played the pedal steel, lap steel, lead guitar, bass guitar, and loved it all, but most of all he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Buck retired some years ago and resided in Seneca, SC. He will be missed. Please pray for his wife Lorene and family.
