Jesus (STILL) Loves Me

Post by Dale Rottacker »

Jesus Loves Me is such a simple most of us leaned when we young. Still a favorite of mine, with words that are as relevant today as they were when I was a kid.

Of course I had to see if I could make it adult chords. I tried to write out ALL the chords I was playing. I didn’t write out what pedals and levers I was using as the chords alone were nightmare enough. I DID put my setup at the beginning for you to examine and you’ll be able to see what my feet are doing and if it doesn’t sound right grab one of those knee levers. You could find a typo or two and I may have actually gotten some of the chords wrong, though I did use a chord calculator to get them as correctly named as I could. When I did this I had NO IDEA that just about every chord I mapped out was over some bass note. Just one more musical method I’m not accustomed to using. You may want to slow it down to better embrace all the chords, or don’t worry about the chords and just listen.
