Fender Tweed replacement cases. If you're handy and can move components around and good with glue, this could be just the ticket. I bought a 1950 Dual Pro with a 3/4" plywood non-original case. This was a better alternative.

Sorry to hear it, I was coming back to look at it for an old Gibson CGT
looks like I'll have to make it instead.

| So are you saying these Fender cases are made from cardboard? Their ad says it's made of plywood. I might buy the small one, just to use it as a suitcase. $199. and 10% off. Pretty cool, I think. Thanks, Tommy.....P.S. Did you add those rubber feet? I wouldn't want those myself. |

Since it’s a pedalboard case, the deep side is on top and removable. So it looks like you have to flip it over to use it for a steel case. It might work. If the plywood is strong enough.
