Fender Tweed replacement cases. If you're handy and can move components around and good with glue, this could be just the ticket. I bought a 1950 Dual Pro with a 3/4" plywood non-original case. This was a better alternative.

Well I've had a change of heart. This is a cardboard case. Looks good, but it's not. Leave it to Fender. |

Sorry to hear it, I was coming back to look at it for an old Gibson CGT
looks like I'll have to make it instead.

So are you saying these Fender cases are made from cardboard? Their ad says it's made of plywood. I might buy the small one, just to use it as a suitcase. $199. and 10% off. Pretty cool, I think. Thanks, Tommy.....P.S. Did you add those rubber feet? I wouldn't want those myself. |

Since it’s a pedalboard case, the deep side is on top and removable. So it looks like you have to flip it over to use it for a steel case. It might work. If the plywood is strong enough. _________________ To write with a broken pencil is pointless. |
