| Just got my new Growler 6 string via FedEx today. Johnie even built a shipping case suitable to convert into a permanent case. I was totally surprised by the tone and sustain when I plugged it into my Peavey 112. I wouldn't be afraid to gig with it anywhere. Very happy with the guitar and the customer service from Johnie and Jimmie both!! |

It is the steel blade that the Changer fingers rotate against. very little friction and no axle to bend and cause detuning. |

Dean Jimmie Hudson is the builder of Growler pedal steels in North Carolina I would think he could could build you a 8 string pedal steel.
He has built everything from pedal dobros, Fender style lap steels console an lap steels
Thousands of 6 string pedal steels that were Hudson steels.
