I greatly enjoyed watching this set, and have returned to it a few times. Charlie Baty, RIP, was an awesome jump blues player, and a well-matched collaborator for Lee. _________________ Commodore S-8

This is just the sort of stuff I’ve been searching for!
Jump blues on steel seems a rarity.
If there is more / a series of this, please provide links. Can’t seem to find Lee J beyond this video. |

If I find anything I will put it up. He is on a bunch of Big Sandy recordings, but he really shines in these small group settings. It is a tragedy that there are not more recordings of Lee. Same with Jeremy Wakefield. |
