Franklin-style bell cranks without milling machine

I made a jig for my miter saw to clamp the plate down, and I used blades specifically intended for cutting aluminum. The advertised kerfs for the blades were undersized for what I needed (0.0610" instead of 1/16", 0.10" instead of 1/8"). Those blades matched up perfectly with the loose tolerances of this set up. The rods fit very well.
