I had my Twin made into a head version and I sent it off to someone on the forum and I can't remember his name. He put the Fender standard Tolex on it

Two that I can think of off the top of my head to try wod be Rick Johnson and Tommy Huff. They build cabinets and might just tolex an already built cabinet. I'm sure there are several others that do it too

Rick Johnson has a video that explains in great detail how to put tolex on an amp if you happen to be a DIY person.
