HaHa! I knew someone would ask about that jacket. I bought it at Kohl's about three years ago... an after-Christmas sale, 50% off. It was so weird and so flashy, I knew it would look good on a bandstand. I Had to buy it. I wear it at all my December gigs (five this December) and it's always an attention getter and a good conversation piece.

Very cool Doug and a Merry Xmas to you also. I have to go one further about the Jacket. Not only is it show biz cool but I have never seen a matching steel guitar and Jacket before.....You are the man!

That's the same steel I have only yours is in way better shape. The MOTS is flaking off in places. I have considered a wrap for like folks are using on guitars now but it's pretty coolas a "relic" Nice video . Thanks.

Yeah, I've owned a few MOTS covered lap steels in the past and the MOTS was peeling on most of them. This one must have spent most of it's life sitting in the case. Even the case is in nice same.
