Hi all. I am using LEHLE volume pedal and dont like thin cable from wall adapter to volume pedal. Lehle pedal accepts voltage 9 - 15 V DC and has power consumption 40mA. I made my DIY 3cell Li-ion rechargeable battery pack. I used Panasonic NCR18500A 2000mA cell. Voltage of 3cell pack is from 12,6V to 9V. If I discharge only 80% of capacity, I can use it 40hours of playing. I have it on Velcro inside of pedal bar. Few photos will tell you more.

A good project with great results. I dislike cords and batteries, but, such is life.
