I believe that's the same tune with a slightly different title, Jim.

Karla Bonoff had an arrangement on a 79 recording with James Taylor and JD Souther doing harmony. Fabulous.

Beautiful tune done proud here by our man Ron Hogan. Gorgeous tone and execution.

This is a beautiful tune. I first heard it by the late Eva Cassidy and it was magical. Then James Taylor did his wonderful version. Love the tune. Ron that was awesome!
