Hello all on the Forum! Making this post because it is has come time for me to part ways with one of my D10s, which I have dubbed with the name "Rook." I am selling because i'm looking to make an upgrade and haven't played this guitar a whole lot lately either. It has a toggle switch on the back to go between E9 and C6, along with a tone knob. Comes with the case. The setup on this guitar is standard Emmons for the most part, but here is a detailed description:

E9 Neck:

A pedal - raises B -> C# for strings 10 and 5
B pedal - raises G# -> A for strings 3 and 6
C pedal - raises high E -> F# and high B -> C# (strings 5 and 4)
LKL - raises E -> F for strings 8 and 4
LKR - lowers E -> Eb for strings 8 and 4
RKL - raises high F# -> G#, lowers low G# -> F# (strings 1 and 6)
RKR - Lowers Eb -> D (string 2) and lowers D -> C# (string 9)
***also contains a knee level above left knee that lowers B -> Bb (strings 10 and 5)

C6 Neck:

A pedal - raises A -> B for strings 8 and 4
B pedal - lowers G -> F# (string 5) and raises C -> D and F -> F# (strings 10 and 9)
C pedal - lowers E -> Eb (string 6) and raises E -> F (string 2)
D pedal - raises A -> B and C -> D (strings 4 and 3)
E pedal - lowers C -> A and F -> E (strings 10 and 9) and C -> C# (string 7)
RKR - lowers C -> B (string 3)

Asking for $2500 for the guitar (does not include shipping costs). It stays in tune quite well and has a good undercarriage to go with it. Im based in the Nashville area, so could be flexible on price if it's going to a good local home. He's been with me through some good times and bad times, so want it taken care of either way. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire.

Is the changer triple raise/triple lower?

I had a Vintage XL built for me around that time. I no longer have that guitar, but if memory serves me correctly, they were triple raise, double lower changers.

I don't think MSA ever built a triple raise/double lower changer. This should have the same basic changer as a Classic SS, which is triple raise/triple lower.

Recently added a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored blue Rose, named the "Blue Bird" to the herd. Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic again that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also added a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks.

I had mine posted for sale in here many years ago. There is a custom pearl inlay on the front panel. I do not remember if I had photos of the changer end posted. I have no clue how to search for that listing in here. When I had it posted, I was living in Ephrata, PA.
