Quilter TB202 for fiddle?????

Has anyone tried a fiddle on this amp. I have a fishman preamp/eq plus a fishman pickup

I need to know this because I double on steel and fiddle at times and I want to use the same amp

Ben, I'm not a fiddle player but I attended a steel show where a local respected fiddle player was using the Quilter 202TB and it sounded perfect. I can't say what other preamp or pickup he was using.

I do steel and fiddle, the problem is the tone settings are way different and back and forth you go changing settings. I bought a LR Baggs Venue. Various BMTP, tuner, feedback eliminator etc.
