Looks like a 1931-3 Duolian that's been repainted. Condition will depend in part on the playability. Is the neck straight and at a good angle? How much wear is there to the frets and board? Looks like there are some divots. At least one side of the tuners looks like a replacement, too.

Yep, refin, project Duolian. It's vintage value is basically gone, however,it has considerable value as a player, I wouldn't take less than $1000.00 for it and It could bring a bit more in an auction. The board looks pretty hashed but if you wanna set it up with a high nut, Hawaiian style, who cares? It's a very cool find, good score. You going to play it?
