On YouTube, if you enter steeljazz in the search bar 12 or 15 videos come up with an 8 string lap steel. Very nice. Does anyone know who this and what tuning they are using?

Hit CTRL-F and search for tunings. In the first video i pulled up, the content owner posted the following:

Bottom neck- C13, with the high G, Upper neck- E13 (Leon's) for both guitars
