I am excited to announce that I have become an authorized dealer for Source Audio! They are a great company with terrific products and exemplary service. I have used several of their pedals for years (with both steel and electric guitar) and I really like the sounds and the design concepts. They can be as simple or as complex as you want them to be, while incorporating innovative options such as multiple routing schemes and smartphone and computer-based editing capability. Midi capability is available on several of their pedals as well.

They have several pedals of interest for steel players, including the Ventris and True Spring reverbs, and the Nemesis delay. Of particular interest is the Collider which combines the best of the Ventris and Nemesis into one pedal for both reverbs and delays.

If anyone is interested in anything please hit me up for more info 😉

I use their older Programmable EQ, you can save 4 presets, mine are Mooney, Emmons, Overall Boost, and a 4th for experiments in tone. Nice and clean, super handy. I think hey have a newer more deluxe model?

Tommy why don't you shoot a demo video of the Collider? I'd like to hear that on steel!

My rep and I were talking about that very thing yesterday! Hopefully I can do that in the near future. Smile

Tommy,

I am using the C4 for synth textures, envelope filter, and key based harmonization. You should try that pedal out, if you put some programming time into it you can store the equivalent of 6 completely different effects, its a great deal. Also using the Gemini chorus to get phaser chorus and vibe in one pedal for guitar, also a smokin deal.

Shout out and thanks to Tommy, just bought one of the Source Audio Collider pedals. Quick shipment and Tommy is a great person to deal with. I think this is the coming thing to have two pedals in one, especially for steel. Thanks Tommy for a great product. I highly recommend Tommy for your Source Audio needs.

Harrison, I could send you the obsf file if you send me an email via the forum.

I could also upload them at the Source Audio hub, thats where I grabbed them originally and made tweaks to the one ones I liked and saved to my pedal and the obsf backup.

I find they work equally well for guitar or pedal steel, really you are using the instrument to trigger a monophonic synth, but since it does key based harmonization its not strictly monophonic in practice.

If you search Juno (as in the synth) on the SA hub there are several good ones in that vein.
